Director of Operations

As Director of Operations at ARAMARK, you will lead multi-site food and facilities services, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. You will manage budgets, P&L, staffing, and vendor relationships while driving process improvement and service excellence across client locations. Partner with client leaders to meet contractual standards, elevate guest satisfaction, and uphold Aramark's values of safety, inclusivity, and ethical behavior. You will coach and develop managers, build strong teams, and support continuous improvement to deliver consistent, positive experiences for clients and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site food and facilities operations to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Manage budgets and full P&L performance across assigned locations
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and development of managers and frontline teams
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and meet contractual obligations
• Drive process improvements and standard operating procedures for consistency
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to inform decisions and action plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new initiatives and services
• Promote a culture of inclusivity, ethics, and continuous improvement
• Support growth opportunities within existing and new client accounts
