Adjustments Transaction Processor

Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc., a leader in mission-critical services for governments and businesses, seeks an Adjustments Transaction Processor for our Finance, Accounting & Administration team. In this role, you will accurately process and reconcile financial adjustment transactions, investigate discrepancies, and maintain detailed records to support audit and compliance needs. You will collaborate with finance and accounting colleagues in a culture of respect, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring timely, accurate transaction processing that supports our government financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile financial adjustment transactions accurately and on time
• Review source documents and validate data in financial systems
• Research and resolve transaction discrepancies and client inquiries
• Maintain detailed records and audit trails for all adjustments
• Follow established finance, accounting, and administration procedures
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to support month-end close
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
• Use financial software and spreadsheets for reporting and analysis
