Retail Loan Servicer

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Loan Servicer I to support our growing consumer lending portfolio. In this role, you will process and service retail loans from funding through payoff, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely follow-up. You'll maintain loan records, post payments, handle adjustments, and respond to member questions about terms, escrows, and payoffs. Working in a collaborative, member-focused environment, you will help deliver exceptional service while supporting GreenState's mission of financial empowerment and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Process and service consumer retail loans from funding through payoff
• Maintain accurate loan records, documentation, and system data
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies
• Respond to member inquiries regarding loan terms, payments, and escrow
• Monitor loan payments, delinquencies, and payoff requests
• Collaborate with branch and lending staff to resolve loan issues
• Perform payment posting, adjustments, and account maintenance
• Identify opportunities to improve member experience and efficiency
• Protect member data and follow security and privacy standards
• Support team goals and participate in training and process improvements
