Exterior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Consult with builders, contractors, and homeowners to understand exterior project needs and design goals
• Recommend exterior building products such as siding, roofing, windows, and doors based on plans and budgets
• Create material lists, basic takeoffs, and accurate quotes from blueprints and measurements
• Coordinate orders, scheduling, and delivery with internal teams to ensure on-time, error-free shipments
• Provide expert product knowledge, troubleshooting, and post-sale support to customers
• Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers through proactive communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with sales, yard, and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly and exceed service expectations
• Stay current on building codes, installation practices, and product updates in the exterior construction space
