This role is pivotal in ensuring that the magical atmosphere and pristine condition of our gardens and facilities are maintained, delivering an unforgettable experience to every guest. The Operations Partner will oversee daily operations, maintain facilities, and ensure compliance with safety standards, contributing to the operational excellence that our visitors have come to expect at this iconic attraction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of Rock City Gardens and associated facilities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless operation and maintenance schedules.
• Implement and monitor systems for regular checks and maintenance of facilities.
• Assist in budgeting and maintaining records of maintenance work.
• Collaborate with the guest services team to continuously improve visitor satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and manage maintenance staff, motivating them to achieve operational excellence.
