Flatbed Truck Driver

Buddy Moore Trucking is seeking experienced Flatbed Truck Drivers for regional and long-haul freight based out of Oklahoma City, OK. In this 1099 role, you'll haul flatbed loads across multiple states, securing and tarping freight safely while maintaining DOT compliance. You'll enjoy consistent freight, a family-oriented, safety-first culture, and respectful communication from dispatch. Drivers are treated as partners, not numbers, with professional support and opportunities to build a long-term driving career. Strong work ethic, professionalism, and safe driving record are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed truck for regional and long-haul freight across assigned routes
• Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads according to DOT and company safety standards
• Complete accurate logs, inspections, and delivery documentation using electronic or paper systems
• Follow all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Communicate proactively with dispatch, customers, and team regarding routes, delays, and delivery status
• Inspect equipment before and after trips and report maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules while maintaining safety priorities
• Represent Buddy Moore Trucking professionally with customers and the motoring public
