Flatbed Truck Driver

Buddy Moore Trucking is seeking an experienced Flatbed Truck Driver to haul regional and long-haul freight from our Oklahoma City, OK base. In this 1099 contractor role, you'll safely operate late-model equipment, secure and tarp loads, and ensure on-time deliveries across multiple industries. You'll complete pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs, and communicate closely with dispatch. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed truck for regional and long-haul freight deliveries
• Secure and tarp flatbed loads in compliance with safety and DOT regulations
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues
• Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and required delivery documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and yard staff
• Plan routes to meet delivery schedules while complying with HOS rules
• Adhere to company safety policies and industry regulations at all times
• Care for equipment, reporting maintenance needs promptly
• Represent Buddy Moore Trucking with professionalism on the road and at customer sites
• Support a culture of safety, reliability, and respectful teamwork
