Superintendent

ECC Exteriors, LLC is seeking a Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial roofing and coatings projects from planning through closeout. Based in Fairfield, NJ, you will coordinate crews and subcontractors, enforce strict safety standards, and ensure quality workmanship on roof restoration, fluid-applied systems, waterproofing, and protective coatings. Responsibilities include scheduling, material management, site inspections, documentation, and client communication. You'll lead a field team in a safety-focused, quality-driven culture with opportunities to grow technical expertise and project leadership skills in advanced building envelope solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day field operations for commercial and industrial roofing and coatings projects
• Enforce strict safety standards, including OSHA compliance and company safety policies
• Coordinate and schedule field crews, subcontractors, and inspections
• Oversee installation of roof restoration, fluid-applied systems, waterproofing, and protective coatings
• Manage materials, deliveries, equipment, and site logistics
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and resolve field issues promptly
• Maintain detailed project documentation, daily reports, and photo records
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and facility representatives on progress and issues
• Ensure projects meet specifications, timelines, and budget expectations
• Mentor and develop crew members, promoting teamwork and professionalism
