Responsibilities

• Perform framing, trim, and finish carpentry on residential remodeling projects
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, and built-ins to high quality standards
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites in occupied homes
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, teammates, and trade partners
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to solve field challenges
• Follow company quality standards, building codes, and safety procedures
• Assist with material takeoffs, loading, and site setup/cleanup
