Lead Branch Warehouser

Sherwin-Williams seeks a Bilingual Lead Branch Warehouser to oversee daily warehouse operations in our manufacturing-focused branch environment. You will lead and train a small team, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and maintain accurate inventory for paint and coating products. Using your English and Spanish skills, you'll communicate with customers, drivers and internal teams to resolve issues and support excellent service. This role emphasizes safety, integrity and continuous improvement, with strong training and clear paths for advancement across operations and supply chain roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations for a branch, ensuring safe, efficient handling and storage of paint and coating products
• Lead, train and schedule warehouse staff, modeling Sherwin-Williams safety and performance standards
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, inventory counts and order accuracy to support on-time delivery
• Use warehouse systems to track inventory, process orders and prepare documentation
• Communicate in English and Spanish with customers, drivers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse that complies with company and regulatory requirements
• Assist with loading, unloading and operating material handling equipment as needed
• Collaborate with branch management to improve processes, meet KPIs and support customer service goals
