Maintenance Gardener

ARAMARK is seeking a Maintenance Gardener to maintain attractive, safe, and functional outdoor spaces for our accommodation and food service clients. Responsibilities include planting, pruning, mowing, edging, weeding, fertilizing, and operating lawn and power equipment. The role also includes monitoring irrigation, reporting repairs, safely applying approved treatments, and keeping walkways clean and hazard-free. You'll support a culture of safety, teamwork, and service while helping create welcoming, well-kept grounds that enhance the guest experience and client satisfaction every day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas through mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
• Plant, transplant, and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees according to seasonal plans
• Operate and maintain lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other outdoor power equipment safely
• Monitor and adjust irrigation systems; report issues and support basic maintenance
• Apply fertilizers and approved treatments following safety and environmental guidelines
• Remove debris, leaves, and snow as needed to keep walkways and entry areas clear
• Inspect grounds for hazards and promptly report repair or safety concerns
• Support Aramark safety, cleanliness, and service standards in all daily tasks
• Collaborate with facilities and food service teams to support events and peak seasons
• Provide courteous interaction with clients and guests while working in visible areas
