Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for our Hunter Elementary School location. In this role, you will lead daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for young learners. You'll supervise and coach staff, manage schedules and enrollment, and maintain licensing and regulatory compliance. Partnering closely with families and school leaders, you'll support high-quality curriculum delivery, monitor child progress, and foster strong communication. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kinder
• Care program at Hunter Elementary School
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all children
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and support staff
• Manage enrollment, schedules, and center budgets in line with organizational goals
• Maintain compliance with all state, local, and district licensing and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with teachers to support engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and conferences
• Partner with school administrators and community stakeholders to align program goals
• Monitor child progress and support implementation of developmental assessments
• Drive continuous improvement, staff training, and professional development initiatives
