Electrician

ARAMARK is seeking a 2nd Shift Electrician to support facilities operations at GM Wentzville. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and controls in an industrial setting, ensuring safe, reliable operations that support production and facility services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical issues, reading blueprints and schematics, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to work orders in a timely manner. You will follow all safety and electrical codes, document work performed, collaborate with maintenance and operations teams, and support continuous improvement in a culture focused on safety, service, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and controls in an industrial facility
• Troubleshoot electrical faults using meters, testers, and diagnostic tools
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Perform preventive maintenance on panels, motors, lighting, and control systems
• Respond to work orders and production support calls during 2nd shift
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local electrical codes, and company safety policies
• Document maintenance activities, parts used, and repair history
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and facilities teams to minimize downtime
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, safety, and energy efficiency
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
