Journeyman HVAC

As a Journeyman HVAC with Aramark, you'll support safe, comfortable environments across hospitality and food service facilities. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to service calls to minimize downtime. Working closely with operations and facilities teams, you'll interpret schematics, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems in hospitality and food service facilities
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize system uptime and efficiency
• Diagnose equipment issues using instruments, schematics, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including refrigerant handling
• Respond to service calls, prioritize work orders, and document work in maintenance systems
• Collaborate with facilities, culinary, and operations teams to minimize impact on guests and clients
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements
• Maintain tools, parts, and equipment in safe, working condition
• Train or mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures
• Communicate clearly with managers and clients regarding status, timelines, and repair options
