Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A tractor-trailer on regional and long-haul routes across the West
• Deliver freight safely, on time, and in compliance with all DOT and company regulations
• Perform thorough pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections on equipment
• Use ELDs to maintain accurate logs, hours-of-service, and trip documentation
• Secure and handle freight according to safety and customer requirements
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Report maintenance needs and equipment issues promptly
• Plan routes to maximize efficiency while meeting delivery schedules
• Represent Sharp Transportation Inc with professionalism and integrity on the road
