The Director will manage staff, ensure licensing compliance, and maintain a safe, faith-aligned, engaging environment for children. Responsibilities include overseeing curriculum delivery, enrollment, budgeting, and family communication. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the St. Bernard Catholic School site, ensuring a safe, nurturing learning environment
• Lead, coach, and develop teaching and support staff to deliver high-quality early childhood education
• Ensure compliance with Kinder
• Care, school, and state licensing standards, policies, and procedures
• Build strong relationships with families, school partners, and the parish community through clear, consistent communication
• Manage site enrollment, scheduling, and budgeting to meet program and financial goals
• Monitor classroom quality, curriculum implementation, and child outcomes, using data to drive improvements
• Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and professional development plans
• Handle incident reporting, safety drills, and risk management to maintain a secure environment
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leaders on strategic initiatives and program enhancements
