Site Director

KinderCare seeks a Site Director for Drums Elementary/Middle School to lead daily operations, staff, and programs that nurture children's growth. The Director will ensure a safe, inclusive environment, oversee curriculum implementation, and maintain licensing and quality standards. This role manages staff scheduling, family relationships, enrollment, and center records while fostering a collaborative culture. Ideal candidates bring school-age program leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to inclusive, developmentally appropriate practice and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Drums Elementary/Middle School site, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment
• Supervise, coach, and schedule staff to deliver high-quality educational and care programs
• Partner with families, teachers, and school leadership to support each child's development and success
• Ensure compliance with Kinder
• Care policies, licensing regulations, and safety standards
• Manage enrollment, family communication, and center records with professionalism and accuracy
• Monitor program quality, implement curriculum, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee site budgeting basics, resources, and supplies to support effective classroom activities
