The Director oversees daily operations, staff management, and family partnerships while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities include curriculum implementation, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and enrollment growth. In this role, you'll mentor educators, foster a collaborative culture, and drive continuous improvement while making a meaningful impact on children's development and supporting your own professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the early childhood education center, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment
  • Oversee staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance to maintain high-quality instruction and care
  • Partner with families, communicate progress, and respond to concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder
  • Care policies
  • Manage center budget, enrollment targets, and resource allocation to support program goals
  • Implement and monitor curriculum aligned with developmental milestones and learning outcomes
  • Promote an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative culture for children, families, and staff
  • Track center performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with Kinder
  • Care leadership on strategic initiatives and reporting
  • Support staff development through coaching, feedback, and professional growth opportunities
