Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons for elementary students
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support students' social-emotional and academic development
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and styles
• Assess and document student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Maintain regular, positive communication with parents and guardians
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on curriculum and initiatives
• Implement classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior
• Ensure student safety and adherence to school and Kinder
