- Care standards and children's developmental needs.
- Ensure full compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage site budget, enrollment targets, and resource allocation to meet performance goals.
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and engagement activities.
- Partner with school and community stakeholders to support program visibility and collaboration.
- Monitor child progress and site performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate staff training, professional development, and performance evaluations.
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, and parent concerns with sound judgment and professionalism.
