Responsibilities

  • Care standards and children's developmental needs.
  • Ensure full compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations.
  • Manage site budget, enrollment targets, and resource allocation to meet performance goals.
  • Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and engagement activities.
  • Partner with school and community stakeholders to support program visibility and collaboration.
  • Monitor child progress and site performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate staff training, professional development, and performance evaluations.
  • Respond to emergencies, incidents, and parent concerns with sound judgment and professionalism.
