Concessions Manager

Aramark is seeking a Concessions Manager for Florida State University to oversee high-volume food and beverage operations at athletic and campus venues. In this role, you will manage stand leaders and staff, coordinate event-day setup and breakdown, and ensure consistent product quality and guest service. Responsibilities include inventory and cash controls, ordering and receiving, scheduling, training, and compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. You will collaborate with campus partners, uphold Aramark's safety and service standards, drive sales through merchandising and promotions, and support a positive, inclusive work environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day concessions operations at Florida State University venues
• Manage, train, and schedule stand leaders and frontline staff
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and receiving for food, beverage, and supplies
• Implement cash handling, revenue reporting, and loss prevention procedures
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Coordinate event-day setup, breakdown, and logistical requirements
• Analyze sales results and implement merchandising and promotional strategies
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and team-focused work environment
• Partner with university and internal Aramark stakeholders to meet service goals
