Site Director

KinderCare seeks a Site Director for Cedaroak Park Primary School to lead daily operations of an early childhood education program. The Director oversees staff, curriculum implementation, budgeting, and compliance with licensing and safety standards. You will build strong partnerships with families, support inclusive, play-based learning, and foster a collaborative culture. This role manages enrollment, maintains quality standards, mentors teachers, and ensures a nurturing, engaging environment where children thrive and educators grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the early childhood program at Cedaroak Park Primary School
• Supervise, coach, and develop teaching and support staff
• Ensure compliance with all state licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Implement and support high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Manage center budget, resources, and enrollment to meet goals
• Build strong relationships and communication with families and school partners
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Promote an inclusive, nurturing culture aligned with Kinder

• Monitor classroom quality and lead continuous improvement initiatives
