Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Curtisville Primary Center to lead daily operations and ensure a high-quality early learning environment. The Site Director oversees staff, curriculum implementation, licensing compliance, budgeting, family engagement, and safety. This role partners with school and community stakeholders, mentors teachers, and supports inclusive practices. The Site Director drives enrollment, maintains accreditation standards, and fosters a collaborative, nurturing culture that supports children's growth and staff development while aligning with KinderCare's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Curtisville Primary Center site
• Supervise, coach, and schedule teachers and staff
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Oversee curriculum implementation and program quality
• Manage site budget, enrollment, and resource allocation
• Build strong relationships with families and address concerns
• Collaborate with school and community partners
• Maintain documentation for accreditation and inspections
• Promote inclusive, developmentally appropriate practices
• Support staff training, performance reviews, and hiring
