Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Middletown Area Primary School to lead a high-quality early childhood education program. You will oversee daily center operations, staff management, curriculum implementation, and family engagement while ensuring full compliance with state licensing and safety standards. In this role, you'll foster a nurturing, inclusive culture, manage budgets and enrollment, and partner with families and the community to support each child's growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Middletown Area Primary School center, ensuring a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop teaching and support staff to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder
• Care policies.
• Partner with families through regular communication, conferences, and community events.
• Manage center budget, enrollment goals, and resource allocation to meet performance targets.
• Implement and monitor age-appropriate curriculum and educational programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and schedule staff to maintain proper classroom ratios.
• Track child outcomes and program quality, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture aligned with Kinder
• Care's mission and values.
• Represent the center in the local community, building relationships with schools and organizations.
