Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director to lead our Roberts Road early childhood education center. The Site Director oversees daily operations, ensures licensing and safety compliance, manages budgets, and maintains enrollment targets. You will supervise, coach, and schedule staff, partner with families, and uphold high standards of curriculum and classroom quality. In this role, you'll collaborate with KinderCare leadership to implement educational programs, drive community engagement, and foster a nurturing, inclusive environment where children, families, and educators can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Roberts Road early childhood center
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Manage site budget, enrollment, and staffing levels
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach teaching and support staff
• Maintain high standards of curriculum implementation and classroom quality
• Build strong relationships with families and address concerns promptly
• Drive family and community engagement activities
• Monitor child outcomes and support continuous program improvement
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and center documentation
