Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director to lead our program at Key Elementary School. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children and staff. You will manage and coach teachers, support curriculum implementation, and maintain full compliance with all licensing and school district requirements. The Site Director builds strong relationships with families and school partners, drives enrollment and center quality, and fosters a collaborative culture focused on children's growth and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kinder
• Care program at Key Elementary School
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
• Lead, mentor, and schedule staff, supporting professional growth
• Implement and support early childhood curriculum and enrichment activities
• Maintain full compliance with state licensing, school district, and Kinder
• Care policies
• Manage enrollment, budgets, and center resources effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and school partners
• Monitor program quality and use data to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards
• Represent Kinder
• Care's culture and values within the school community
