Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Hyde Middle School to lead our before- and after-school program. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure a safe and nurturing environment, and support high-quality learning experiences. You will supervise and coach staff, manage enrollment and family communication, and maintain licensing and compliance standards. Partnering with school leaders, you'll design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that reflect KinderCare's inclusive culture and commitment to each child's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Hyde Middle School site program
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
• Supervise, schedule, and coach program staff
• Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
• Maintain compliance with licensing and safety regulations
• Manage enrollment, attendance, and basic site budgeting tasks
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Partner with school administrators and teachers to align program goals
• Monitor program quality and implement continuous improvement
• Support staff training and professional development initiatives
