Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director to lead our program at Harmony Elementary School. In this role, you'll oversee daily center operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children. You will supervise, coach, and schedule staff; manage enrollment, budgets, and resources; and maintain full compliance with state and district regulations. The Site Director partners closely with families, school leaders, and KinderCare leadership to deliver high quality educational experiences and drive continuous improvement and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Kinder
• Care program at Harmony Elementary School
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that meets all regulatory standards
• Supervise, coach, schedule, and develop teaching and support staff
• Manage center budget, enrollment targets, and resource allocation
• Maintain full compliance with state licensing, district policies, and health and safety regulations
• Partner with families through effective communication and responsive support
• Collaborate with school administration and Kinder
• Care leadership on program goals and initiatives
• Oversee implementation of curriculum and enrichment activities
• Monitor program quality through observations, feedback, and continuous improvement plans
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for operations and compliance
