Before and After School Teacher

KinderCare is seeking a Before and After School Teacher to support school-age children at Bay Lane Elementary. In this role, you will lead safe, engaging before- and after-school programs that promote social, emotional, and academic growth. Responsibilities include supervising students, planning age-appropriate activities, managing group behavior, and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, and school staff while upholding safety and licensing standards. Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage students in before- and after-school programs at Bay Lane Elementary
• Plan and lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support students' social, emotional, and academic development
• Communicate regularly with families and school staff about student progress and daily activities
• Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and licensing regulations
• Manage student behavior and implement positive guidance strategies
• Maintain accurate attendance records and program documentation
• Set up, organize, and clean activity spaces and materials
• Participate in training and professional development offered by Kinder
