Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Smith Station Elementary School to lead daily operations of our before- and after-school program. The Site Director oversees staff, implements high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum, and ensures a safe, nurturing environment for all children. Responsibilities include scheduling, enrollment, and compliance with licensing standards, as well as building strong relationships with families and school partners. This role supports KinderCare's inclusive culture while offering growth opportunities in early childhood education leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kinder
• Care program at Smith Station Elementary School
• Lead, schedule, and support staff to ensure high-quality care and instruction
• Implement and monitor developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
• Maintain full compliance with state licensing, safety, and health regulations
• Manage enrollment, attendance, and communication with families
• Build strong partnerships with school administrators and community stakeholders
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children
• Monitor budget-related activities such as supplies and staffing levels
• Train and coach team members to support professional growth
• Handle incident reports, documentation, and ongoing quality improvement efforts
