Before and After School Teacher

KinderCare is hiring a Before and After School Teacher at Lace Elementary to lead engaging, age-appropriate activities in a safe, supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging before and after school programs for elementary students
• Supervise children and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Support homework help and academic enrichment activities
• Implement Kinder
• Care curriculum and age-appropriate lesson plans
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about child progress
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Collaborate with center staff to plan activities and events
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
• Set up, organize, and clean activity spaces and materials
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
