Before and After School Teacher

KinderCare seeks a dedicated Before and After School Teacher to support elementary-age students at Fairview Elementary School. In this part-time role, you will create a safe, engaging environment before and after the regular school day, leading activities that foster social, emotional, and academic growth. Responsibilities include supervising children, supporting homework time, implementing age-appropriate curriculum, maintaining classroom safety and cleanliness, and building positive relationships with families and school staff. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, collaborative, and passionate about enriching children's daily learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children before and after school in a safe, structured environment
• Plan and lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
• Support homework and enrichment tasks for elementary-age students
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and adhere to safety procedures
• Communicate regularly with parents, school staff, and Kinder
• Care leadership
• Monitor student behavior and implement positive guidance strategies
• Ensure proper sign-in/out procedures and accurate attendance records
• Follow Kinder
• Care policies, licensing regulations, and school guidelines
