Site Director

KinderCare seeks a Site Director to lead our program at Barneveld Elementary. In this role, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. You will manage and mentor staff, implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, and uphold licensing and safety standards. The Site Director partners closely with families and school partners, manages budgets and enrollment, and drives a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning while supporting KinderCare's mission to nurture each child's potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Kinder
• Care program at Barneveld Elementary
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
• Supervise, coach, and schedule teaching and support staff
• Implement and monitor early childhood curriculum and enrichment activities
• Maintain compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Manage site budget, enrollment, and resource allocation
• Build strong relationships with families, school partners, and the community
• Monitor child progress and support individualized learning needs
• Drive an inclusive, collaborative, and growth-focused culture
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records and documentation
