Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for George Crockett Academy to lead daily operations and uphold high standards in early childhood education. The Site Director will oversee staff, ensure licensing compliance, manage budgets, and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment. This role collaborates with families, school partners, and community stakeholders to support each child's growth. You will guide curriculum implementation, coach and develop teachers, and promote KinderCare's inclusive culture while driving enrollment, quality, and continuous improvement across the center.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the site to ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Supervise, coach, and develop teaching and support staff.
• Ensure full compliance with licensing, regulatory, and health and safety standards.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation for the center.
• Implement and support early childhood curriculum and instructional best practices.
• Foster strong relationships with families, school partners, and community stakeholders.
• Drive enrollment, retention, and overall program quality.
• Monitor performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage staff scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
