Site Director

KinderCare seeks a Site Director to lead Gables Elementary's early childhood education program. This role oversees daily center operations, staff management, licensing compliance, budgeting, and family engagement. The Site Director ensures a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment aligned with KinderCare's high-quality learning standards. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching teachers, implementing curriculum, monitoring child development, managing enrollment, and building strong school and community partnerships. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kinder
• Care program at Gables Elementary
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, safety, and health regulations
• Lead, hire, train, and coach teaching and support staff
• Manage enrollment, family communication, and customer satisfaction
• Implement and monitor early childhood curriculum and learning outcomes
• Develop and manage site budget, staffing schedules, and resources
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Build partnerships with school leadership and community stakeholders
