As Site Director at KinderCare's Deans Campus, you will lead all aspects of an early childhood education center, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children, families, and staff. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Deans Campus center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children and staff
  • Lead, coach, and develop teachers and staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture aligned with Kinder
  • Care's mission
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations and maintain accurate center documentation and records
  • Partner with families through regular communication, conferences, and events to support each child's learning and development
  • Manage center budgeting, enrollment targets, and resource allocation to meet quality and financial goals
  • Implement and monitor age-appropriate curricula and classroom practices that support children's developmental milestones
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified staff, supporting their professional development and performance
  • Promote the center in the community to build enrollment and strengthen Kinder

  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve program quality, family satisfaction, and staff engagement
