Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Summit Christian Academy to lead a high-quality early childhood program. The Director oversees daily school operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and faith-aligned environment for children, families, and staff. Responsibilities include managing enrollment, budgets, and regulatory compliance; guiding curriculum implementation; hiring, coaching, and developing educators; and building strong partnerships with families and the community. This role combines instructional leadership with operational excellence in a mission-focused, Christian educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Summit Christian Academy, ensuring a safe, nurturing learning environment
• Oversee curriculum implementation aligned with early childhood and Christian educational standards
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach teachers and support staff
• Manage budgets, tuition, staffing costs, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and conferences
• Monitor enrollment, classroom ratios, and waitlists to optimize capacity
• Use data and assessments to support continuous improvement of educational quality
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture consistent with Kinder
• Care and school values
• Represent the school within the local community and faith-based partners
