Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Montgomery Elementary School to lead our early childhood education program. The Site Director oversees daily operations, ensures licensing and safety compliance, manages budgets, and leads a high-performing teaching team. This role partners closely with families and school staff to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum and a nurturing environment for children. The Site Director will drive enrollment growth, maintain high quality standards, coach and develop staff, and model KinderCare's inclusive, collaborative culture focused on continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kinder
• Care program at Montgomery Elementary School
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, safety, and health regulations
• Lead, coach, and evaluate teaching and support staff
• Manage site budget, enrollment targets, and resource allocation
• Build strong relationships with families, school leaders, and community partners
• Implement and support developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning activities
• Monitor program quality and conduct ongoing assessments and improvements
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and professional development
• Handle parent communications, concerns, and conflict resolution
• Promote Kinder
• Care's inclusive, nurturing culture and brand standards
