Before and After School Teacher

KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Before and After School Teacher for West Point Elementary School. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging environment for school-age children, leading educational and enrichment activities before and after the regular school day. You will support homework, guide positive behavior, and communicate regularly with families and school staff. Collaborating with colleagues, you'll help plan age-appropriate curriculum and maintain classroom safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Supervise children before and after school in a safe, nurturing environment
• Plan and lead age-appropriate educational and enrichment activities
• Support homework and foster positive study habits
• Promote positive behavior and social-emotional development
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff
• Maintain classroom organization, safety, and cleanliness
