Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Rolling Hills Elementary to lead our on-site educational program. The Site Director will oversee daily operations, ensure licensing compliance, and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff, managing enrollment and family relationships, coordinating with school leadership, and implementing high-quality curriculum. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership in early childhood or school-age programs, excellent communication skills, and a passion for inclusive, developmentally appropriate education and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the school-based Kinder
• Care program
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and safety regulations
• Recruit, schedule, supervise, and coach teaching staff
• Build strong relationships with families and school leadership
• Manage enrollment, attendance, and site budgets or resources
• Implement and support high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Monitor child progress and support inclusive learning practices
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and well-organized learning environment
• Drive a culture of collaboration, diversity, and continuous improvement

• Care's mission and values within the school community
