KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Fairview Elementary School to lead our school-age program. The Director oversees daily operations, staff, and enrollment while ensuring a safe, engaging environment aligned with KinderCare's high standards. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching educators, implementing curriculum, managing budgets, and maintaining licensing and safety compliance. The Director builds strong relationships with families and school partners, fosters an inclusive culture, and drives continuous quality improvement to support each child's growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Kinder
• Care site at Fairview Elementary, ensuring a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule staff, supporting professional growth and high-quality instruction.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and program planning for school-age children.
• Manage enrollment, budgets, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure full compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder
• Care policies.
• Build strong relationships with families, school partners, and the community.
• Monitor program quality through observation and data, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
