KinderCare seeks a Site Director for Donald E. Schick Elementary School to lead our before- and after-school program. You will manage daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that supports each child's growth. Responsibilities include staff leadership, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and family communication. You'll collaborate with school partners, guide curriculum implementation, and monitor program quality. Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience in education or childcare, strong communication skills, and a passion for early and school-age learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kinder
• Care program at Donald E. Schick Elementary School, ensuring a safe, engaging environment for all children
• Lead, mentor, and schedule staff, promoting a collaborative, inclusive culture aligned with Kinder
• Care's values
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records and reports
• Partner with school leaders and families to support children's developmental and academic goals
• Manage site enrollment, family communication, and conflict resolution to maintain strong relationships
• Implement and adapt age-appropriate curricula and enrichment activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Monitor program quality and use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Oversee budget, supplies, and resource allocation to support effective program delivery
