Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director to lead our Lowrie Primary center. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. You will manage staff, support curriculum implementation, and build strong relationships with families, school partners, and the community. The Site Director is responsible for regulatory compliance, enrollment and budget goals, and maintaining high-quality educational standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Lowrie Primary learning center
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children and staff
• Lead, coach, schedule, and evaluate center staff

• Maintain compliance with state licensing and safety regulations
