KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for our Desert Mirage center to lead daily operations and educational quality. You will oversee staff, curriculum, and family engagement while ensuring a safe, inclusive environment. The Site Director manages enrollment, budgets, and licensing compliance, and guides teachers in delivering high-quality early childhood education. Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Desert Mirage learning center, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children and staff
• Oversee curriculum implementation and age-appropriate educational programs aligned with Kinder
• Care standards
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach teachers and support staff to support professional growth and performance
• Build strong relationships with families through regular communication, conferences, and center events
• Monitor enrollment, budgeting, and center performance metrics to meet organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations at all times
• Promote an inclusive, diverse culture that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Collaborate with regional leadership on center initiatives, quality improvement, and staff development plans
