Before and After School Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Before and After School Site Director at IDEA Southeast to lead a high-quality school-age program. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure a safe, engaging learning environment, and manage staff schedules and performance. You will build strong relationships with children, families, and school partners, support curriculum implementation, and maintain licensing and compliance standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of before and after school program
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate site staff
• Implement and support age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Maintain licensing, regulatory, and safety compliance
• Build strong relationships with families, school partners, and community
• Manage enrollment, attendance, and recordkeeping
• Communicate program goals, policies, and updates to families and staff
• Monitor budget, supplies, and resources for the site
• Support continuous improvement of program quality and child outcomes
