Before and After School Teacher

KinderCare is seeking a Before and After School Teacher to support school-age children at Earl C McGraw School. In this role, you'll create a safe, engaging environment, lead enriching activities, and guide students through homework and learning projects. You'll collaborate with families and school staff, follow KinderCare's curriculum and safety standards, and support children's social, emotional, and academic growth. Responsibilities

• Supervise children in before- and after-school programs ensuring safety and well-being
• Plan and lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
• Support homework help and academic enrichment aligned with school goals
• Promote positive behavior and social-emotional development
• Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily updates
• Collaborate with school staff and Kinder
• Care colleagues to coordinate care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Follow Kinder
• Care, school, and state licensing policies and safety procedures
• Document attendance, incidents, and child information accurately
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
