Before and After School Teacher

KinderCare is seeking a Before and After School Teacher at Ashland Middle School to support school-age children in a safe, engaging environment. You will plan and lead age-appropriate activities, assist with homework, and foster social-emotional growth. Partner with families and school staff to ensure consistent communication and a positive experience. Maintain classroom safety, follow licensing guidelines, and model inclusive, respectful behavior. Responsibilities

• Supervise children before and after school in a safe, engaging environment
• Plan and lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
• Support homework completion and reinforce classroom learning
• Promote positive behavior and social-emotional development
• Communicate regularly with families and school staff
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety standards
• Follow state licensing and Kinder
• Care policies and procedures
• Record attendance and child progress as required
• Participate in training and professional development
• Model inclusive, respectful interactions with all children
