Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for our Rieke learning center. In this role, you will lead daily operations, ensure high-quality early childhood education, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment. You will supervise and mentor staff, partner with families, manage enrollment and budgets, and ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards. The Site Director collaborates with KinderCare leadership to implement curricula, support staff development, and foster an inclusive, engaging culture that promotes each child's growth and supports team members' professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the early childhood education center
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children and staff
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate teaching and support staff
• Implement and monitor developmentally appropriate curriculum and programs
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and accreditation standards
• Manage center budget, enrollment, and resource allocation
• Build strong relationships and communication with families and the community
• Oversee health, safety, and emergency procedures
• Support staff training, development, and performance improvement
• Collaborate with Kinder
• Care leadership on quality and growth initiatives
