Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Sage Elementary to lead daily operations of a high-quality early childhood education program. The Site Director will oversee staff, ensure licensing compliance, manage budgets and enrollment, and maintain strong family and school partnerships. This role designs and implements developmentally appropriate curriculum, supports staff development and performance, and upholds KinderCare's nurturing, inclusive culture. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with experience managing early childhood or elementary-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Kinder
• Care program at Sage Elementary
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and safety regulations
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate teaching and support staff
• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
• Manage site budgets, enrollment, and resource allocation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and school partners

• Care's inclusive, nurturing culture and child-first focus
• Monitor program quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee health, safety, and emergency procedures
