Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Griffith Elementary School to lead our early childhood education program. In this role, you will oversee daily center operations, ensure licensing and safety compliance, manage budgets, and lead, coach, and schedule staff. You will partner closely with families, school partners, and the community to create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment. The Site Director designs and implements curriculum, tracks child development outcomes, drives enrollment growth, and upholds KinderCare's high standards for quality, culture, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the school-based early learning center
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Lead, coach, schedule, and evaluate teaching and support staff
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities
• Monitor and document children's developmental progress and outcomes
• Manage center budget, resources, and enrollment targets
• Build strong partnerships with families, school leadership, and community partners
• Maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment
• Implement quality improvement initiatives aligned with Kinder
• Care standards
• Handle parent communication, conflict resolution, and issue escalation
